GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Please review the following requirements before submitting your abstract.
All abstracts must be submitted through the official online submission portal.
Submissions must be written in clear English.
Abstracts must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
The presenting author must ensure that all co-authors are aware of the abstract's content before submission.
Selected submissions will be showcased through oral or poster presentations during WOTIC 2027 in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
ABSTRACT CONTENT
Your abstract must include the following information and follow the structured scientific format below.
Abstract Title
Provide a clear and concise title that accurately reflects your work.
Authors & Affiliations
Include all contributing authors, their institutional affiliations and contact details.
STRUCTURED ABSTRACT FORMAT
Introduction / Background
Brief context and rationale for the study.
Objectives
Clear statement of the study's aims or research questions.
Methods
Study design, setting, participants and analysis.
Results & Discussion
Key findings supported by relevant data.
Conclusion
Main takeaway and significance of the findings.
Keywords: Include 3–5 relevant keywords that describe your research.
FORMATTING REQUIREMENTS
Maximum abstract length, excluding title and author details.
All abstracts must be written in English only.
Use standard scientific nomenclature. Define abbreviations when first used.
