You are invited to submit an original abstract for poster and oral presentation.
SUBMISSION DEADLINE: 14 AUGUST 2026
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
All abstracts must be submitted through the official online submission portal.
Submissions must be written in clear English.
Abstracts must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission to the conference.
Selected submissions will be showcased through either oral or poster presentations during WOTIC 2026 in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
ABSTRACT CONTENT
Your abstract MUST INCUDE the following:
Title: Clear and concise
Authors & Affiliations: Include all contributing authors, their institutional affiliations, and contact details
Structured Abstract Format
Introduction/Background: Brief context and rationale for the study
Objectives: Clear statement of the study's aims or research questions
Methods: Description of study design, setting, participants, and analysis
Results & Discussion: Key findings with relevant data
Conclusion: Main takeaway and significance of findings
Keywords: Identify 3-5 keywords
FORMATTING REQUIREMENTS
Your abstract MUST:
Have a maximum of 250 words (excluding title and author details)
Be written in the English language only
Use standard scientific nomenclature and avoid abbreviations unless defined..
